I graduated from the University of the Arts London (UAL) since then I’ve worked across the UK, Ireland, Spain, Canada, and the USA.
I’m experienced in applying design research methodologies to solve complex experience challenges across both public and private sectors.
I’m passionate about bringing empathy into user experiences and believe that understanding the voice of the customer is key to successful product and service design.
